Browned the scallops and then made a lemon sauce and served them over polenta. It was sensational. I was actually surprised at how they cooked up considering they were frozen. They browned nicely and left no residue in the skillet which tells me that no chemicals were used.
These seem to have been frozen and are not sweet with poor texture

We had ordered lobsters and cod and everything was delicious and fresh!

They were very good. Sweet and without sand. Had also gotten swordfish which was delicious. Very happy with curbside pickup. Will be doing it again soon.

Bought a bag thinking it can’t be very good at that price. Thawed it and tasted it expecting it to be like the canned stuff at the market…could not have been more wrong! Delicious taste…none of those little bit of shell like the canned stuff. We made delicious crab salad and then went back and bought 4 more bags. Going to make crab cakes with it next!
The vp scallops were amazing
Son made a great poke bowl with this tuna marinated in Asian goodies and over ginger rice carrots avocado and leafy greens. Delish and so great a value
