Galley cookin has been a way of life fer me ever since me Great Grand Pappy Albee, the greatest Mastah Galley Chef of all time, started learnin me about his secret lobstah recipes. He didn’t have no formal schoolin and couldn’t write ‘em down, so it was up to me to watch his ways, occasionally rinse me skin aftah contact, sometimes hide me eyes, and then aftah bein provoked by a taunt or a dare, try some of his concoctions. Finally, aftah a few bouts of gut-wrenchin trepahdation, I made up this heah cookin log.I’ve been addin to it ever since, from all me Worldly travelin and learnin from them other galley chefs I meets, and at last count, there’s dang neah about 365 lobstah recipes - one fer every day of the year! And a couple of ordah forms fer anothah cookbook, and Yes, a Capt'n Scallahwag C-Shirt!Me Great Grand Galley Chef Pappy Albee would be proud!Now, I spends me time keepin me lobstah crew happy and fed with three squares a day; quite a titanic task! But with our endless supply of fresh lobstahs, me only job is to figgah out new ways to prepare ‘em. The best part is I gits to try ‘em first! And, if there’s any left ovah, the crew won’t be threatin me with no neck-stretchin mutiny, agin! Ah, yup!

Always fresh and good! Was worried for nothing that the Argentina Crab Legs wouldn’t be as Choi’s as the Alaskan King Crab Legs. I was wrong, they were just as good. The Halibut and scallops are the best. You won’t be disappointed.
Got some conch meat there, made THE best conch fritters, so now conch is on my entertaining menu for company, they loved them. The variety at this store is really remarkable and fosters culinary creativity. Good stuff!
