Browned the scallops and then made a lemon sauce and served them over polenta. It was sensational. I was actually surprised at how they cooked up considering they were frozen. They browned nicely and left no residue in the skillet which tells me that no chemicals were used.
These seem to have been frozen and are not sweet with poor texture

I was so impressed with this crabmeat. I enjoyed it by itself, with melted butter. Sometimes when seafood is previously frozen, it's water logged and loses its taste. That wasn't the case with this. It had amazing flavor without the hassle of shelling the meat!
